One-to-One Specialist Dyslexia Session

Personalised 50 minute session using the Conquering Literacy programme designed by Kathleen Kelly and Sylvia Phillips to build confidence in the following areas: sound awareness, alphabet, phonics, guided reading and writing, spelling, handwriting, and reading words on sight. (Study skills will be included for older learners.)
A report (text/audio) will be shared after class which will include suggestions for extra practise at home.
The first two sessions will include assessments to create a learner profile for teaching. This is not a diagnosis for dyslexia but I’m happy to share this report with you. (For more information on diagnosis, please check the British Dyslexia Assocation’s website.)
It is advisable that you purchase a literacy pack to ensure that you have the correct equipment at home for lessons.
